ABA-M479 is a 2 head volumetric filling machine with a swing frame design for ease of cleaning and flushing. This pail filling machine has pneumatic controls, making it safe for use in an explosion proof area.
ABA-M479 was supplied with several pieces of equipment to streamline the filling process including: an infeed rotary table, lid dropper and lid press. Infeed rotary tables are useful for pre-loading a large quantity of containers, freeing the operator to interact with other steps in the filling process.
The machine is designed to fill and lid multiple container sizes: 5 gallon pails, gallons, quarts, and half pints. The high speed lid dropper features star wheels for accurate lid placement, and our 5 gallon roller lid press efficiently and accurately seals containers and has a no lid detector to notify the operator of any missed lids to prevent spills and accidents.
