ABA-LDHS is our high speed lid dropper for use with both metal and plastic lids with diameters of less than 7 inches (covering containers from 1/2 pint through 1 gallon). For larger lid sizes, see our lid placer, ABA-LPHSC-5 or our semi-automatic lid chute, ABA-PLCR-CHUTE.
Size changeover is simple using ratchet handles (no tools required), and the crank handle makes for easy height adjustment. These units reach speeds of 60+ lids per minute and can be supplied with pneumatic or electronic controls. The standard vertical lid hopper has a 24 inch capacity, or we offer an optional downstacker which has a 72 inch capacity.
