ABA-FILL-BFGEA is our automatic, bottom fill, net weight filling machine, designed to fill open top or restricted opening containers. As with all of our bottom fill machines, this machine is designed to fill below the level of the liquid to minimize foaming. These machines are especially helpful for use with either foaming or static prone products in explosion proof environments. (This machine model is also available as intrinsically safe, see - ABA-FILL-BFGEA-X).
Bottom fill filling machines use our diving lance fill heads which are lowered to the bottom of the container and then are slowly raised as the container is filled with liquid, continually keeping the fill lance submerged. The fill carriage is controlled by either a Servo motor or an air cylinder.
Our net weight filling machines are highly accurate, easy to clean, and user friendly with metrics that are readily and easily available for the operator to see/use.
