ABA's top fill, volumetric, intrinsically safe filling machine model ABA-FILL-TFxEA-X is designed to top fill open top containers using our double acting volumetric piston pumps. Our pumps are double acting, meaning they have liquid on both sides of the piston at all times which makes for a faster, more efficient, and longer lasting pump. We offer pumps in 1 gallon and 5 gallon sizes.
Our custom filling machines are always designed with our customers in mind, and as such, we offer a variety of add-ons such as lid droppers or lid crimpers and offer options for how many fill heads, height of the machine, and length of the conveyor.
This intrinsically safe filling machine can be designed for use in either a C1D1 or C1D2 hazardous area, but for the non-explosion proof version, see ABA-FILL-TFxEA.
