Liquid filling machine model ABA-FILL-TFXEAS-2 is ABA's volumetric filling machine with two parallel fill lanes. This custom filling machine was designed with two fill carriages, each with two fill heads, and each lane having its own independent lid placer, lid dropper, and roller lid press. This highly efficient design minimizes slowdown for lidding and allows for a faster CPM.
ABA's double acting, positive displacement, volumetric piston pumps are faster and have a longer life than single acting pumps as both sides of the piston are flooded with liquid at all times. We offer two sizes: one gallon and five gallon, and all of our pumps are made with cast end caps, elbows, and tees, as well as Teflon and stainless steel wetted parts.
This paint filling machine is can be optionally designed for use in a C1D1 hazardous area, and we offer a wide array of intrinsically safe filling machines and equipment to be safe in those areas.
