ABA-M606 is our one gallon powered lid press, ABA-PRESS-1GALL-P, mounted on a 5 foot conveyor and designed for closing metal and plastic KW TruSnap™ lids.
ABA's powered lid presses work in tandem with the motive force of the conveyor to firmly press on lids which are hard to close with a non-powered roller lid press.
All of our lid presses feature a hand crank with chain and sprockets for easy height adjustment with a stainless steel sheet metal guard to cover those parts to protect operators.
ABA's powered lid presses can be installed as part of a fill line, adding value to any custom filling machine, or they can be used as standalone units as in the above example.
